Because you hire the boat privately, you can experience Amsterdam in peace and quiet with only your own company on board.
What is included in a cocktail boat package?
A cocktail boat package in Amsterdam includes the boat, an experienced skipper, a professional mixologist, and unlimited cocktails and mocktails. For those of you who do not drink alcohol; please indicate in advance if you would like mocktails. During the cruise, the drinks are freshly prepared, and you can choose from three different cocktails, which may vary depending on the season. In addition, there is an open bar with beer, wine, and soft drinks, so everyone can choose a drink to their liking.
How many people can fit on a cocktail boat?
The cocktail boat can accommodate up to 28 people and can be booked for groups of 10 or more. This makes the package suitable for both smaller groups and larger parties who want to take a private cruise through Amsterdam together. It is also possible to sail with fewer than 10 people, but in that case, the rate for 10 people applies. Are you coming with a larger group? Then there are also larger saloon boats available for 50, 75 or more people. This means there is always a suitable option. Take a look at the other private cruise packages, put together your own package and request a quote or contact us if your option is not listed.
How long does a cocktail cruise in Amsterdam last?
The cocktail cruise sails through the Amsterdam canals for 2 to 4 hours. You choose the duration of the cruise in advance, so that the package fits in well with your schedule or programme for the day.

Are there also non-alcoholic options available?

If you want to make the cruise complete, you can book snacks, such as a tapas platter or cheese board, at an additional cost.

We are open all year round, every day. Monday to Sunday: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Does the captain tell something while sailing during a private arrangement?â–¼
Our Amsterdam skipper knows the canals and the city inside out and can share fun facts and explanations about what you see along the way. Prefer to just relax with a drink and enjoy the view? That's possible too; the atmosphere on board is entirely up to you.

In spring and summer, you can enjoy sailing in the sun, while a covered boat makes it extra cozy and atmospheric in autumn and winter. This makes a private cruise suitable for every season and almost any occasion. For the barbecue boat, we recommend doing this in spring or summer since the boat needs to remain open.
What is the pick-up location for the private boat tours?â–¼
We generally depart right in front of Amsterdam Central Station, at the height of Stationsplein 18 with our private tour boats. Would you prefer to depart from a different location? Please contact us or indicate this when booking. This can be arranged for an additional fee.
What are the highlights during the private boat tour?â–¼
We can sail past various highlights, such as: • Canal Belt • Anne Frank House • Oosterdok • Harbor • Amstel River If desired, our skipper will provide explanations along the way about what you see passing by.
Can we play music on the private cruise boat?â–¼
No, music is unfortunately never allowed on the Amsterdam canals. This has been determined by the municipality.
Is the private boat open or closed?â–¼
Our private boats with space for 30 people can be open, partially covered, or fully covered. We have a canopy available and we decide this at the beginning of the day.
Am I allowed to bring my own food/drinks during a private boat tour?â–¼
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks during a private boat tour. However, you can have food and drinks arranged by us. (Excluding King's Day and Gay Pride, you are allowed to bring your own food. But even then, drinks will be arranged by us).
