Article 1 - Definitions test test
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Provider: Eco Boats Amsterdam, located in Amsterdam
Renter: the natural or legal person renting a boat
Boat: the vessel provided by the Provider
Rental Period: the agreed period during which the boat is rented
Article 2 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and service deliveries by Eco Boats Amsterdam. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 - Reservations and Payment
3.1 A reservation is final upon receipt of the deposit of 50% of the total amount.
3.2 The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the rental period.
3.3 For reservations made within 7 days of the start, the full amount must be paid immediately.
Article 4 - Cancellation
4.1 In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the start: 25% of the total amount
4.2 In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start: 50% of the total amount
4.3 In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start: 100% of the total amount
4.4 The Provider reserves the right to cancel the trip in case of adverse weather conditions. In that case, an alternative date will be offered or the amount will be refunded.
Article 5 - Liability
5.1 The renter is responsible for damage to the boat caused by negligence or intent.
5.2 The Provider is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to the renter's property.
5.3 The Provider is insured for statutory liability.
Article 6 - Code of Conduct
Swimming from the boat is prohibited
Smoking is not allowed on board
Pets are only allowed in consultation
The renter must adhere to the navigation rules
